This course collects all the video training for Nik Software’s innovative and versatile set of plug-ins. In each tutorial you’ll learn to install the software, understand the user interface, and use the tools and techniques to maximize the quality and creativity of your images.
The contents of this course include: Fundamentals and Integration with Host Applications: Basic information about the general workflow with Nik Software’s plug-ins, including the specific features of each host application and the functionality of the control points on which the U Point® technology is based. Dfine 2.0: This plug-in enables you to remove both color and contrast noise from your images, either globally or for a specific selected area. Viveza 2: With the Viveza plug-in you can use control points to quickly and easily edit and optimize your images’ color, lighting, and detail. Color Efex Pro 3: The Color Efex Pro plug-in includes some powerful tools for creating better and more stylish images. Silver Efex Pro 2: With Silver Efex Pro, you can take advantage of effects and knowledge from the world of analog black-and-white image development, marrying this with the infinite possibilities of the digital world. Sharpener Pro 3.0: This plug-in consists of two components: the RAW Presharpener, which optimizes the image’s sharpness at the start of your workflow, and the Output Sharpener, which you can use at the end of the workflow to adjust the image’s sharpness for different output options. HDR Efex Pro: With HDR Efex Pro it’s easy to create and optimize your own high dynamic range images.
